Spot on solution: Kills fleas and ticks

Treatment and control of fleas and tick infestations. Treatment of dermatitis caused by Demodex canis and Sarcoptes scabiei var. canis.

This product can be used as a part of the treatment strategy for the control of Flea allergy dermatitis (FAD).

Contraindication:

Only use on puppies from 8 weeks of age and older, or dogs weighing more than 2 kg.

Do not use on skin lesions.

NOMECTO SPOT ON for dog should be used according to the following dosage (equivalent to a dose of 25-56 mg fluralaner/kg BW)

One tube 0,4 ml/dog from 2 - 4,5 kg bodyweight.

One tube 0,89 ml/dog weight over 4,5 - 10 kg bodyweight.

One tube 1,79 ml/dog weight over 10 - 20 kg bodyweight.

One tube 3,57 ml/dog weight over 20 - 40 kg bodyweight.

One tube 5,0 ml/dog weight over 40 - 56 kg bodyweight.

For the dog over 56kg use 4 tubes of 1,79ml.

HOW TO USE

• Step 1.  Weigh the dog first before treatment to ensure the correct dose is given.
• Step 2. Put on medical gloves, open the sachet and remove the pipette.
• Step 3. The pipette should be held in an upright position (tit up), and gently flick 3-4 times on the pipette body sp that all the content goes down the bottom of the pipette.
• Step 4. Hold the pipette away from your face and body, then twist counter-clockwise and open the pipette cap. Note: The cap will stay on the pipette; it is not possible to remove it.
• Step 5. Part the dog's hair between the shoulder blades.
• Step 6. Remove the cap and leave the pipette tip in contact with the skin, squeeze the pipette gently and apply the entire contents directly to the dog's skin. Note: If the amount of medicine is small, apply one point on the skin - between the shoulder blades. If the amount of medicine is more than 1mL, can apply many points on the skin along the spine from the shoulder to the base of the tail.

SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR USE IN ANIMALS

• Do not wash or allow the animals to submerge in water within 3 days after treatment.
• The product is for topical use only and should not be administered orally.
• For optimal control of tick and flea infestations, the product should be used every 12 weeks.

Store in a dry cool place, below 30oC. 

Protect from light.
