Wet the entire body. 

After that, rub all over the body with shampoo (directly or dilute with water), especially the foot pads, between the toes, and the hip. 

Massage gently for 1-3 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Store in a cool dry place, below 30oC. Protect from light.
